倡導兒童遊戲權利的年度活動，今年已進入第三年。是次主題是「遊戲時，讓孩子話事！」，歡迎小朋友前來，享受由孩子話事的遊戲，我們更會與參加的家長分享觀點，鼓勵各爸爸媽媽在孩子遊戲時，讓孩子話事。

An annual public event to advocate Children's right to play in its third consecutive year. This year's main theme is "Let Children initiate when they are at play". Children are invited to come and play freely. We also try to share our view to parents and encourage parents to let children play freely.

繪出彩色夢”的目的是提供孩子們一個機會，通過藝術創作展示自己的才華。是次活動由爭取成立兒童事務委員會聯盟和渣打銀行共同舉辦，一方面宣揚兒童繪畫的樂趣，另一方面提高公眾對兒童權利的認知。參與者的作品將陳列在幾星期後於香港理工大學舉行的兒童高峰會 。

“Paint a colorful future” aims to provide an opportunity for children to showcase their talents through art. Jointly organized by the Alliance for Children’s Commission and Standard Chartered Bank, this event seeks to promote the fun in art-jamming on one hand, and raise public awareness on children’s rights on the other. Paintings by all participants will be proudly exhibited at the Children’s Summit, hosted at the Polytechnic University of Hong Kong a few weeks later.

The ACA Annual Press Conferecne will share the trend of child abuse, report our service highlights and statistics for the year 2013/14 and share the concerns and recommendations in the area of child protection.

70位兒童議員在兒童議會會議上動議三項議案，包括：融合教育、墓層兒童的學習環境，及兒童參與制定教育政策。兒童議會計劃旨在喚起公眾對《兒童權利公約》的關注。

70 Child Councilors will move three motions at the Children's Council Meeting in relation to integrated education, grassroots children's learning environment, and children's paticipation in education policies. The Children's Council project aims to arouse public awareness on the Convention on the Rights of the Child.

新聞發佈會將公佈最新研究調查，顯示醫院遊戲對病童的正面積極作用，活動更一併紀念智樂醫院遊戲服務的二十周年慶典。

A press conference is held to release the new research on the positive effect of adopting hospital play to children in hospital. This event would also be the celebration of the 20th anniversary of Playright Hospital Play in HK.

今年是香港簽署聯合國《兒童權利公約》20週年，為了讓大眾了解兒童權利，香港小童群益會的兒童權利工作小組 及 社區創意學習中心透過論壇劇場，以戲劇和錄像探討兒童在家庭、學校和社會上的參與狀況，及如何建立一個尊重兒童參與的社會文化。

This year is the  20th anniversary that Hong Kong signed the United Nations "Convention on the Rights of the Child". in order to allow the public to understand children's rights, the children's rights groups and the creative community learning centers of The Boys' and Girls' Club Assocation of Hong Kong would make use of forum theater and video to  explore children's participation in  family, school and the society, and how to establish the social culture that respect children's participation.

為慶祝2014年是《兒童權利公約》25周年及其在香港實施20週年，香港兒童權利委員會將會把歷年來製作的兒童權利教材廣泛向學童、家長及與兒童有關的專業人士免費派送，藉教材向兒童和成人推廣、教育，喚起大眾對《兒童權利公約》的認識和關注。

To commemorate the 25th Anniversary of the Convention on the Rights of the Child in 2014 and the 20th Anniversary of the CRC in Hong Kong this year, HKCCR will distribute the child rights educational materials developed through the years to school children, parents, and child-related professionals for free. The action aims to empower stakeholders to help promote, educate, and raise awareness and understanding of the CRC among both adults and children.

The Boys' and Girls' Club Assocation of Hong Kong

「香港小特首」計劃旨在鼓勵兒童表達對社會政策的關注及社會參與。31位由中一至中三的學生組成的第七屆「香港小特首」，於本年2月至12月期間進行一連串關於教育政策的討論、資料搜集、問卷調查及探訪，最後寫成《2014小小施政報告》。有關報告將呈交行政長官及相關政府部門。

"The Hong Kong Junor Chief Executive" project aims to encourage children to participate and express their concerns on social issues and policies . The 7the Hong Kong Junior Chief Executive is composed of 31 students from Secondary 1-3. From February to December this year, they have been doing a series of discussions on education policy, data collection, surveys and visits, and finally publish the "2014 Junior Chief Executive Policy Address". The report will be submitted to the Chief Executive of Hong Kong and relevant government departments.
